Anyone elses started? Im just back for hols and sequencing started last week in our office, about 50% of our stuff is sequenced!

Never get more than 40% of our letters sequenced at the very most, still get loads of letters that aren't even walk SORTED and need IPSing
We even get trays of unsequenced letters coming up on the 1pm van for delivery the following day!!
Why the hell cant they keep them at the MC and run them through the sequencing machines over-night??
