How the current climate has changed people, even on here there is so much back stabbing and bitching its unreal, the upper management must be loving it!
In our DO we have a gaffer who openly admits he has favourits and that of course causes resentment amongst everyone else, do they want conflict because all I can see is that it is being brought on, constant change unsettles people, I have worked outside RM and have never in my working life seen a job change so much in the 9 years I have been here, people are by there very nature creatures of habit and do not like change, it unsettles them, is this done for a reason?
I do not know where this job is going but I for one don't like what I see.

im a part timer have been for about 3 months now and to me it seems the full timers dont like you if your part time they dont even look or speak to and to be honest its a bit pathetic , were are all in the same s**t together people seem to think when this shared van thing comes in the full timers will be better off ! i doubt it very much the only thing royal mail care about are profits simple as
