Phase 5 eh' ? That'll be all staff are now to huddle together and do the Cleaners job on a daily basis, before they go out and do Phrase3 and their own duty's.. Phase4 God only help us on what they decide that'll be... so with hindsight and a bit of common knowledge there will be a Phase6, 7, and so on in the not so distant future . Well lets hope the new owners once Privitised Phase the Phases out to pardon they pun

The DOM is planning on the basis staff flex up and complete using O/T when its busy, the ADR has told me not to agree to the 11 to 17 figure and to challenge the DOM to how he will keep the D.O running when its busy if revison planned on weeks 11 to 17.

We've done 7 checks over 3 months and each time we have come up with figures 30% above what our MC reckons So where does that extra 30% enter the pipeline?

Hybrids are one way to protect f/t jobs certainly not the only way. S/A or F/T jobs simple but crap choice. Previous tory and labour goverments have tried and failed to privatise us 3 times in past,rumour is hestletine is still spitting in his courvoisier as we speak, as for the sad sack thing was more aimed at the negativity of your previous post rather than any failing in your physicallity. im sure your a stallion which is why i wont call you any funny names anymore
