On a 39hr pw contract,how long's my break meant to be?
I've been quoted from 15mins to 1hr,depending on which manager/employee i ask.

Depends on length of attendance:
5-7 hours = 30 minutes.
7 hours 1 minute - 8 hours 59 minutes = 40 minutes
