...how is it that a model I have seen (from a neighbouring office), where the revision will be fully implemented a week before the Xmas pressure, has 3.30pm as their finish time. This office is very close to the MC and I think will be last off the WSM's.

Strangely enough we would be on that list too, but havent even started the revision process.

Pah, I've been out on overtime after 3pm before (as late as 4.10pm).

Christmas, four years ago, when I was wet behind the ears the lino asked me if I wanted some overtime to do relief bags as it was so heavy, even by Christmas pressure standards. I said yes, and was allowed to book an hour and a half for each bag - which was just as well, as I didn't get finished that day until 6.20, by which point it was pitch dark and pissing down with rain. Never again

They have to work backwards from 3pm and include your break WITHIN those hours, not at the end. You may take all your break in the middle, but you'd still need to finish by 3pm.

F*** it, I deliver up until I'm finished or I get too bored to continue no matter what time it is (TBH it's rare to be out later than 3pm but it does happen sometimes).
