phase number er?

Post by peterloo »

Jus been to a reps meeting with DSMs. A lot of our reps are mid IWT revision. Balloted my members yesterday to bring in hybrids not popular but safeguards
full-time jobs i was advised would trigger 200 non walk sequence revision payment. Told by DSMs today to trigger payment we would have to sign off an IWT compliance agreement(bearing in mind we are not due delivery methods till next year)problem is IWT compliance agreement says at the top phase 5 anyone smell
a rat ;liar

If you smell a rat DONT sign it off.

They have asked in our office for a desk top revision that will trigger the £200 but they stick there £200.

We will oppose any desk top simples were going to be hit hard enough as it is under this awful agreement.

My DOM is refusing to budge on weeks 11 to 17 average figure.

However DTD contracts for IWT, I belive we be able to agree on.

Havent been given any traffic figures yet for my D.O.

Phase 5 eh' ? That'll be all staff are now to huddle together and do the Cleaners job on a daily basis, before they go out and do Phrase3 and their own duty's.. Phase4 God only help us on what they decide that'll be... so with hindsight and a bit of common knowledge there will be a Phase6, 7, and so on in the not so distant future :arrrghhh . Well lets hope the new owners once Privitised Phase the Phases out to pardon they pun :left:

Big Daz have you been doing a rolling barometer to compare your figures with what's coming out of the M/C.

I've been doing one now since May and slowly but surely im finding discrepancies in what the M/C is saying were getting.

If you don't have your own figures you cant compare.

No

Manages are recording the amount of boxes coming in as they dont belive the MC figures either. :left:
The DOM is planning on the basis staff flex up and complete using O/T when its busy, the ADR has told me not to agree to the 11 to 17 figure and to challenge the DOM to how he will keep the D.O running when its busy if revison planned on weeks 11 to 17.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

What's a rolling barometer, and how do you work it?
We've done 7 checks over 3 months and each time we have come up with figures 30% above what our MC reckons  So where does that extra 30% enter the pipeline?

Who you calling sad sack? I don't agree with privatisation. We went through all this 2010 agreement s**t to help keep full time jobs and now you are saying the only way we can keep them is doing hybrid duties. Where do you get 3-0 from?

Hybrids are one way to protect f/t jobs certainly not the only way. S/A or F/T jobs simple but crap choice. Previous tory and labour goverments have tried and failed to privatise us 3 times in past, rumour is hestletine is still spitting in his courvoisier as we speak, as for the sad sack thing was more aimed at the negativity of your previous post rather than any failing in your physicallity. im sure your a stallion which is why i wont call you any funny names anymore :whistle
