Hi everyone! This is a great forum!
I was wondering what would happen if I ignore the overpaid letter after leave? I am sure that they have made a mistake as I haven't used all my annual leave before leaving the job, so that shouldnt count as overpaid?

I know if i was overpaid i would just keep quiet about it after all some will be none the wiser

If RM think you were overpaid they will pursue the overpayment, and will use debt collectors if necessary.
Of course if it's a small amount they might write it off.
If you think you were due AL you might need to dispute it.
If you left without giving notice they might count the outstanding AL as your week's notice.
