Cutting off when park and looping

I was wondering if any offices had started the park and loop system yet and if there had been any cutting off. Surely it will mean 2 duties failing if you go over. Is there any sort of protocol regarding this

no because generally you will start on one duty and move onto the next
so part of one duty fails
same protocols as on non P&L

One would have thought that only one duty would fail , as it is one duty , just done by 2 people. Just my cynical take on it.

its the amount of mail that fails that matters whether 1 2 or 3 rounds makes no difference manager should count each type and volume of mail and report it as a failure

as long as cutting off exists we have a failed company that does not guarentee 1st class service - EVER
