Our office is in a right mess!Under staffed, Packets not being delivered, being forced to work over your time everyday,staff phoning in sick just because they dont like the round that they are on,its a total shambles.

If you're working at a decent pace, then tell them you're cutting off and ask what they want you to do with the mail that's left. Understaffing, mail being left over etc etc isn't your problem. Just work your hours at a good pace so they can't accuse you of slow timing. If they do then tell them you want testing.

sounds like we are at the same office. All the offices that have not got these problems will find it hard when they start implementing all the changes RM want. Make the most of it, these changes are coming your way.

My office is just as bad can't remember the last time all the packets were cleared must be around 5 weeks. Rounds on OT everyday even thought some boys are coming in and working their week off having casuals in or managers going out 2 complete deliveries. The manager still wants savings this year even though he is out on a walk at least once a week. Still so many guys coming in early and using cars on deliveries and not taking full breaks wish they wouldn't and the office will be in even more of a state.

YES! But it makes it so easy to cut off, more indoor work to do and less time on delivery

told last week i had to much indoor time because i couldnt make van in time flyers work before their time
