respect that came with the agreement?

Has anyone else noticed the bullying,harrasment has actually got worse since the agreement? I thought there was a dignity and respect thing that came with the agreement! The have youre say agreement ,ours was really bad , we were told that bullying harrasement etc dosent go on in the office as knowone comes and sees the bosses about it!!! erm i wonder why .,,,oh and if youre unhappy in the job as you said in the have youre say then get youre resignation form ,,, Yeah thatl sort out all the problems eh . Knowone says anything at our team talks cause there scared ,its got worse instead of better ! Reg health and safety ive had 5 lots of door to doors last 2 weeks ,having to do a row each day ,we shouldnt have to carry that weight ,,,my bodys falling apart now ,cheers for youre concern royal mail. I could go on ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I agree bullying has'nt receded. Everyday last week I had a LM sending out an acting LM to me with comments, do this, do that, operational reasons, cover the break in Callers, not even meant to work in there for my H & S, but they don't give a s**t. Nearly went sick on Friday but I'm not going to give them the satisfaction of sacking me............yet

DRAW is great The treatment some get in our office is shocking. Never known so many to be off with stress!! I refused to sign that shitty thing. I'll decided who deserves my respect!!!
