Do you need to be on-site in order to take care of mail sent to your holiday home? Thanks to Swiss Post Box, you can redirect this letter post as well and access it electronically at any time.
So are they going to open all the mail to scan it ?

Nothing new there, it already happens by a private firm. The mail for our council is redirected, opened and scanned and the council access the data on line. I believe it began when there was a scare about anthrax being sent through the mail.
