A mate from a local DO told me last week a Romec cleaner took out some walkmen in their own car because there were no vans available! And the Lino didn't mind!
besides the insurance implications etc WTF is going on when there are not enough vans for the duties

Same here.We had a romec cleaner once who used to prep OT walks. No one asked him he just started doing it one day
