Stuck on my frame yesterday a sheet entitled "Mail Monitor for <a certain address>" - got to keep a log of 1st,2nd,DSA, MailSort, Reg & Spec for said address.
Does this happen often ??

doesnt have to be
eg a customer complains they arent getting 'all their mail' (you know the typre)
a monitor means you can look at what they got and ask what wasnt there they expected to be

the fact is they know exactly what came in the DO and went on delivery
