2010 agreement and executive action

heard today there going to bring in duty changes in our d.o. via ex action
thought there was to be no executive action with new agreements, weve had limited consultation regards change
not even give duty options regards days off 1 in 4 sats for example ,no info on impacts on ft/pt ratios with different duty spans
where do we go with this they only want to bring in longer duty spans later starts etc on their own terms is this not breaking national agreement terms.
we will not have walk seq mail until next year no sign of cdvs as i say not informed at all no working party groups
iwt complete joke no one knows how it works no person can explain to staff sorting rates

Seen as i cant see the graphic and if Guvnor is right then why not at least get anybody that gives a monkeys to picket

Surely you wouldn't need a tandem to get everybody there, a bicycle would probably do. Who's gonna strike now, union ain't gonna support you they've proved that by pushing the last deal through.

You like everybody else have two choices. Stay and put up with what they want or quit. Last one out please turn out the light!

Im sure it would get picked up the media in some way.Have you ever heard of a union being picketed by its own members it may in the end make no difference but i for one dont want to stand by while a union i pay money to ignores me.If you where on strike last year against EA then why not demonstrate?

Look most people only lost two days wages on strike last year,i understand the reasons why people wouldnt back the leadership in any further IA but a one off demonstration is the right response to union HQ that looks increasingly like a Masonic Lodge.

Well according to some you should go to disagreement IF there are exceptional circumstances and the issue cannot be resolved locally - however.............

You'll need a good 10 year plan

Year 1 -2 Stand as rep
Year 3 - 4 Stand as Area Rep
Year 5 - 6 Stand as Div Rep
Year 7 - 8 Get onto Union Exec
Year 9 - 10 Depose the GS or DGS(P)

Of course the further up the line you go the more you'll have to impress or learn to "network".
