top heavy with managers
can some one tell me how many ,non-essential managers royal mail employ .you read the courier and there,s a manager for this and a manager for that ,i am sure we could reduce or combine the jobs ,or is it jobs for the boys , plus we have a s..t load of dims and acting dims

Thier time is coming fast, once everything is cut to the bone in the three year plan expect mass amounts of managers to go.

To many. When I started we had 110 staff and 2 managers. After the redundancies next March, we will have 69 staff and 3 managers.
Let's face it, they get in the way. Show us the mail they want delivering and just let us deliver it. You don't need a degree for that.

the managers in our office take out walks prep em up do basically what a postman does, but obviously your paying them double amount.

in our office today, usually a one man office, we had 4, the s**t had hit the fan and not one of them said "i will take a bag out" they just lazed around, this is the perfect example why RM is not working
