overtime not being paid

i have gone to work this week after a long week last week including an injury and because of this i lost 1 hours work but over 2 days i worked 9am till approx 5pm. i do right my hours down roughly when ever i can remember.
i do NOT fill out a overtime form as ther is none provided i my office.
the most OT ive ever recived is 8 hours..
my contracted hours are 20per weeek.
i know fo a fact im not getting the overtime im owed. i done i done approx 11 hours overtime last week and was paid for exactly 5. sometimes theirs 15mins or half hour and these NEVER appear on my pay slip only full hours.
how can i prove my manager is not filling in my hours correctly and in my belief cutting my hours down to make the office look more smoothly run

OT is put into the system directly now. Ask for a print out of the OT from the RCS.

Managers conning people out of their OT money is a common problem - it boosts their bonus & is easier to do without docket sheets as evidence. Check with your Booking/Writing Room if the Manager has passed on your total correctly.(Write down all OT as you do it). Usual excuse is that Manager "forgot" to pass on message. Put Grievance form in to DOM that Manager is conning you out of your wages + and that you will only ask an honest manager to do it in future- could the DOM recommend one please? Once you send in one Grievance Form it gets easier to do more and you can stir it up nicely, with written evidence about conning Managers to fall back on in the future.

Get yourself a diary and write down how much you do everyday and who you told that you'd be over your time (as well as all other things you think may be important) once they know you're recording everything they will stop messing you about
