On the front page of our lovely courier we had a quote from Mike Brown who is a fulfilment director. What on earth does a company like RM need one of those for. Wonder if he is the twat who passes the message "mail is down" to our stupid managers.

It's a marketing thing...his big thing is new products especially e-business.
He is the genius behind such ideas as...later opening in the callers.
