They were going to announce today but it seems they might be having second thoughts? Maybe the rolling strike plan isn't working as well as they thought it would??

what sort of attitude is that???
You should think again and go on strike and support the union. It doesnt matter whether or not we can win u have to have the self respect to stand with your mates! We have to build this strike and show the managament that we wont be defeated and carry on with the strike - it doesnt mattr whther u lose money or your house is repossessed or your wife leaves u so long as u stand firm with your mates in your office

Our manager admitted today that the rolling strikes are taking effect. The amount of yorkies in or office full of mail confirm his opinion. Also, received my tickets for the charity shield on Sunday (when Chelsea will once again put Utd in their place btw :nana ) They took SIX DAYS to travel a few miles. Not great for first class  .
Funnily enough, despite the disruption, nobody seems to give a f**k, least of all L+C. Unfortunatly, this is gonna run and run, possibly through to christmas. Somebody might take notice of this shambles then. But i wont hold my breath.

Yes VoR = Voice of Reason. Is that another of those bosses/scab outfits like Aims of Industry, the Freedom Association, the Union of Democratic Miners, etc etc. ?

I agree, he still has not answered the point I raised in his last Post, for good reason I suspect?

98 Per Cent Support From Postal Workers For Latest Strike Action

The second phase of rolling strike action against Royal Mail commenced this week with 98 per cent support for action in mail centres today.

Dave Ward, Deputy General Secretary said: “The union has once again extended its invitation to Royal Mail management to come and negotiate seriously. As the CWU’s action starts to bite some 80 million items of mail are now backlogged within the system. So pressure must be mounting on RM chairman Allan Leighton and chief executive Adam Crozier to come and negotiate.â€
