end of summer lapsing.......like hell it is .

end of summer lapsing.......like hell it is .
We have been doing lapsing everyday during the summer since beginning of june.Has always been due to end at end of august where we go back to lapsing mondays and tuesdays .Had been hearing rumours about it continuing so asked union man at are work,He said as far as he was concerned it was ending end of august.Had work time learning today and surprise surprise was told it is to continue everyday all year round ,and happened to be union officials day off.shafted again.

Well, I have never done lapsing, let alone summer lapsing. Really like all those new words created by RM management to make the workforce they totally dislike work harder. No, thank you, don't lapse and I don't flex either (but I don't come back an hour early or take my car)
