It'll be briliant if you get on with your partner. Terrible if you don't. One person running around trying to make some time and the other maybe an old hand who just wants to do his/her job at a 'dooable' pace and get back on time.
What if they suffer the old B.O problem? What happens if you get one who goes sick at the slightest sign of a runny nose? The list is endlesss. Time will tell...

Tell him you'll look after his stash for him during working hours and, if that doesn't work, then just smoke it.
Either way, he wont be on it while he's driving and it might make your morning more fun.

Well we've been doing it for about 18 months and as I recall only 1 dismissal has resulted so far, a few changes of pairings but nothing that has resulted in anything dramatic.

I dont want it 100%,i'm not afraid of working or working to my time,but i like to do it at my pace.
If i'm having a bad day then it's just me that suffers,if once in a blue moon i need to get away early then that's down to me.

Looking around my DO at all the staff,and i'm not being horrible here but it will be a nightmare.
I think it's wrong.You will never get the pairings right.
It will end in tears,or a black eye......
