Our D.O. filled in their Have Your Say in April past and the results only got displayed to-day, 23/08.We only got 2 smiley faces and lots of sad smilies,nuff said

Our manager was insisting that the completed ones were sealed and handed back to her, "Because they need to be sent off together." She got rather shirty with anyone (yours truly included! ) who dared to drop theirs in a post box.

Yet again I think manangers are lying to people about this and I think they are being told to force people to reply to the survey.

exactly the same here lino insisting we all fill them in and hand them to him so we just threw them back at him he came round later and handed them to us saying we had till thursday to hand them back mines going in the pillar box

so gents ,what happened to the have your say surveys ??, we filled in one 2 months ago but have yet to see any results ,have you all seen yours ??,or is there any way to chase them up, with out being to obvious about it .

Filled ours out a month ago, heard nothing since. Made sure i posted mine, alot of unhappy people in our office so will be interesting to hear what people have put mind you i dont think RM take any notice of what their staff think.

We were told to fill in HYS today but they where only A4 photocopied sheets and had to be handed into the manager to be sent off today

needless to say nobody bothered so I assume the manager just filled them in himself

Our HYS where to be given out today, but they were not and everyone knows they have been here a week. I will be surprised if the dom gives them out because no one likes dom. Loads of lapsin and work to your time. if you happen to come back to the office early you get more work to do. But no one does now. I hate the job not like it was even 6 months ago.

We got ours today. The DOM said there was an envelope provided but it would be easier if we gave them to him to send off.
A few people sent them off themselves in any case. I haven't opened mine yet.

Should beforehand ask this simple question of your DOM or line manager:

Is the completion of Royal Mail Have Your Say Surveys voluntary or mandatory. As far as I know they have always been completed on a voluntary basis.

Filled mine in months ago. Was told I had to do it there and then, so I did. It only took 35 minutes of their time, but I had to pay for my own coffee.

Nothing ever changes because of the HYS so to really annoy them just don't fill them in (if they say they're compulsory just ask them for it in writing and them spoil the survey anyway).
