We don't fill ours in anymore..........................we just assumed that the management filled them in now to give them what answers they want

Don't know if ours are in yet because I've been off sick for a few weeks.

Our manager was insisting that the completed ones were sealed and handed back to her, "Because they need to be sent off together." :left: She got rather shirty with anyone (yours truly included! :dance ) who dared to drop theirs in a post box.

Yet again I think manangers are lying to people about this and I think they are being told to force people to reply to the survey.

We were told to fill in HYS today but they where only A4 photocopied sheets and had to be handed into the manager to be sent off today :hmmmm

needless to say nobody bothered so I assume the manager just filled them in himself

Our HYS where to be given out today, but they were not and everyone knows they have been here a week. I will be surprised if the dom gives them out because no one likes dom. Loads of lapsin and work to your time. if you happen to come back to the office early you get more work to do. But no one does now. I hate the job not like it was even 6 months ago.

We got ours today. The DOM said there was an envelope provided but it would be easier if we gave them to him to send off.
A few people sent them off themselves in any case. I haven't opened mine yet.
I staged a Roger Moore impersonator festival in my local village. There were a lot of eyebrows raised, I can tell you.

Should beforehand ask this simple question of your DOM or line manager:

Is the completion of Royal Mail Have Your Say Surveys voluntary or mandatory. As far as I know they have always been completed on a voluntary basis.

Filled mine in months ago. Was told I had to do it there and then, so I did. It only took 35 minutes of their time, but I had to pay for my own coffee. :cry

Nothing ever changes because of the HYS so to really annoy them just don't fill them in (if they say they're compulsory just ask them for it in writing and them spoil the survey anyway).
