Years ago in England a mailman said he'd tripped on my step/path when it was, I believe, icy. However, when I received a demand letter from the post office TELLING my to claim off my insurance to compensate him, I told them he never delivered mail that day and was trespassing anyway. I then went on to complain that the mailmen ALWAYS cut across the gardens, and would they kindly stop!
Never heard another thing about it!

Are you quoting the website or posting the same as what you posted on there?!

I actually had a fall on someone's path as I was walking to their door in 2008. If anyone was to be sued though, it should be RM for defective footwear.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?
