Quadrant Pay Agreement 2010 - Pay Timescales

Following the ratification the Quadrant Pay 2010 Agreement by the membership I wrote to the business seeking clarification as to the implementation arrangements for the new rates of pay and also when our members could expect to receive any backdated monies that are owed.

I have now received a response from the business informing us that given the significant administrative workload in implementing the pay review and the fact that the deadline for processing the next pay is imminent, the new pay scales will be implemented in the September salary payment which is payable on the 1st October 2010. In addition September salary payment will also include any backdated monies due to the introduction of the new pay rates from April 2010.

Branches are requested to ensure that this information is relayed to our members at the earliest opportunity.
