Yep,that will be me and next year i get 6 weeks standard entitlement for 20 years service.

It's a national thing not a local DO thing,ask your manager for details,he can't refuse you.

You can pay for 2 weeks extra holiday a year so the max you get is 6 weeks.
Comes out of your wages weekly,your basic pay goes down.

Someone on here may post up exactly how much it costs.
