Advance Holiday pay?

Why when on anual leave for a week or more ,why is Holiday money not paid in advance ,other companies I have worked for do it automaticaly,RM wages Dept say no can do ,too complicated !

never heard of that before could cause problems as you won't get paid for at least 2 weeks if you spend it all your screwed if you dont spend it all whats the point of getting an advance might as well just get paid weekly

They used to do this were you could get a advance of your basic pay . But i think it stopped about five years ago.
