cycle to work scheme
does any body know if the cycle to work sheme is still availble, because i have tried entering the usernames and passwords and it is saying that the sceme has been suspended for the time being.

well i applied 2 weeks ago filled in online was sent credit agreements to sign now waiting on letter of collection and 11 day cooling period
