Got told today that if you transfer from one office to another,you take your monthly bonus with you to the new office,you do not get your new office's bonus.
This started March 31st,and it has come from HR.
Anyone knew about this?
My rep told me that there is this one guy who transferred into an office which has over £100 for a monthly bonus and he doesn't get it,he gets his old one of £20ish.

Oh right,well i'm guessing this goes with the whatnots then.
Down here we get a monthly bonus,not sure why,but i do rem that everytime we lost duties a few years back a certain amount went into the pot and we get a monthly bonus.

We get an ICS Supplement every month, in our first pay slip of the month.........£38.44 to be exact, been with RM 3 years and I've been getting it since Day 1.
It's for hitting targets, probably going back 6 or 8 years, there was a delivery and collection target and the higher your score the more ICS you get, something like that anyway.
So we get £450 odd quid a year for doing sweet FA.........they tried to buy it off us 2 years ago for lump sums of about £900 each, we just reached that £900 and we'll be getting it forever I assume!
