How does one apply for the extra 2 weeks holiday that comes out of your wages ?

can part timers apply for this or will DOM try and make excuses why u cant and why u dont get a break in the summer to caitor for all the f timers that get 6 weeks in the summer

All RM staff are entitled to this, just ask your Line Manager for the relevant application form, be aware though it just runs from year to year unless you cancel it :)

whats the deal with 6 weeks hol is it 3 blocks of 2 weeks? could u end up having it all in the winter times ?

will dom be unimpressed? as he will need to find cover etc.

Take them when you want, I have 4 weeks normal leave, 2 weeks that I buy, and 2 weeks decorating weeks, or as other people call it sick weeks...Oh Dear hope manger don't get my IP Number now.

to be fair everyone ive talked to seems to take 2 - 4 weeks on "sick" not quite sure why rm dont reward for having a good record they just seem to accept they do this

It would be allocated in line with the agreement or usual arrangements in your office.
In my office you can take a maximum of 4 weeks between June - October, so any leave over
that would be allocated between October - May.

He's a part timer so it should be 3 weeks Sept and 3 weeks Jan/Feb.
