Delivery supplement on your day off??

Can anyone tell me if we are entitled to get paid any delivery supplement if you come in on your day off as this is paid pro rata, surely if you work 48hrs you are entitled to get a further £4 or do you just leave D2D's on the day you come in on overtime as your not getting paid for it??

Delivery supplement.....nothing to do with D2Ds.
No you can't have more than the max supplement....just like ESA,drivers allowance PHG,TPM etc when you reach the maximum....that's it.

Its contracted hours only and it's pro rata for anybody on less than FT hours.

Well I'd get mine at pro rata for a 30 hr contract NOT!

You are not paid for D2D anymore, 20% a day is into the duty now, so if you chose to work your day off you have to do the 20% that come with it for no extra money other than your OT, if you leave them then they will have you for wilful

I was only asking as one of drivers in our office gets paid additonal £6-£7 driving allowance if he works his day off. Guess who's not working his day off this sat now it's just not worth the hassle!!

No extra payment, For a FT £20.60 if you work 40 hours,100 hours or 0 hours
Refuse to do them or leave them and wilful delay is a real possibility

No... it's paid pro-rata on your contracted hours however if you consistently work full-time hours on a part-time contract then you would have a pretty strong legal case............... if you felt it necessary to go down that route.
