ticketmaster using secure mail services for gig tickets

i have received on three occasions in last fortnight 3 letters containing concert tickets from SMS MAIL part of DX group. i dont have a problem with it but ticketmaster advertised at the time of purchase that they were sending tickets with Royal Mail Special Delivery so i am paying £6 postage for an inferior service whereby tickets are posted without signature. also the last set of tickets came in an unrecognisable envelope which i thought was a flyer which i was on vere of putting in the bin. Emailed ticketmaster but no reply yet after a week.

seetickets are more often than not cheaper than ticketmaster, and switch between us and ukmail
