I am having real trouble getting hold of Royal mails dignity and respect at work policy.
I can't seem to find it anywhere, does it even exist?
Does anyone know what the general guidelines and principles of it are?

Search google too because although royal mail may have some D&R policies there are also laws as well which entitle the employee to work in a dignity and respect environment.

I read it on Royal mail intranet today, well a bit of it.
It's basically about making sure the bullying and harassment procedure is carried out properly and get this, we are supposed to have groups in every single workplace made up of management and employees to discuss the issues at regular intervals with input from the workforce taken seriously by management.
We really need a copy of it on this website, it can be downloaded PDF format from the intranet.
I will see what I can do tomorrow.
