the whole late saturdays issue pisses me off this should have been made the shortest day of the week in this new agreement thats why i have had enough of the cwu and before the divs come on and say just work your time when we were doing 2 deliveries in the past saturday was always 1 delivery so the cwu should have had some balls and done better for us

What Union?.Our office rep is a joke ,he's up the gaffers arse and vice versa.heres a quote "The job and off is gone!we have to work all our time!"

The union is shyte all use to anyone. Except the entrenched time-servers on full-time release, of course.

The CWU has been done up like the proverbial kipper by those lazy half-wits in the RM boardroom, time and again the CWU has had us out on fruitless strikes, and time and again they've brought us back to work on worse terms than before.

Yes,at local level our reps are excellent and work very hard for our causes.
At National level i still believe the union is doing a decent job at looking after our terms and conditions.

when a situation comes up in our office our union rep argues with the dom then into the office, comes out all smiles, then later he gets saturday off.....i think he has been off the last six saturdays in a row!!!!!!

I lost whatever faith I had left in the union when the letters started going round my office to the people on 'fixed term' contracts.
