Tell your rep to talk to your area rep.
And ask your DOM exactly how much time you will be allocated to prep 8 D2D. He won't know because 8 hasn't been agreed.

Fishtank is right - it is in the D2D guidelines and not the agreement.
However it still says 6 from next Jan and not 8 from next week.
Unfortunately for RM they may have to turn away business because unless the growth in the D2D side of the business is managed efficiently it isn't worth trying to get the extra work. If the customers don't get the service they want they won't come back. And unless we have the right tools for the job we can't provide a good service.
Instead of bringing in extra income they will end up paying out in compensation.

I agree with you CCR...i was just pointing out the weakness in the agreement.
It does state that the growth in D2D will be managed responsibly....i am not sure what that means exactly but i don't think it means dropping 8 D2D onto an OPGs lap and expecting them to get on with it.
My point was there is nothing in the words to stop you getting 8 D2D but it certainly goes against the spirit of the agreement.
How much that counts.....who knows?

Now I’ll readily accept that this statement can be interpreted in more ways than one but in the context of the paragraph that it has been taken from, I take it to mean that not all offices will have the 4 or 5, some will have less as indeed has already been reported on here by a number of posters.

At the risk of making myself look a complete ass, nothing new there you say, until I learn otherwise, I’m not expecting any further increase until next year.
