do you work your day off?

I would like to gauge the way the company manages the 5 day week in individual offices, in my particular office we had the option a few years back to work our day off as S/A or take it off, the majority of guys took the former, it works as a rolling day, Mon one week, Tuesday next week ..ect.
in another office in my town they had the option of 5 weeks on the one week off, again many of the guys work their week off.
so how does YOUR office manage your 5 day week?

we have a part timer who covers full timers day off extra indoor work covered by everyone else i wont work it if offered as they wont pay me 8 hours others do then moan like fcuk so why do it if noone did it part timers may get more contracted hours or the full shift paid on overtime

Rather than offering the full 8hr shift they are lapsing the IPS and prep and only paying for the delivery....and he's pissed off about it.

Or someone who leaves bags of mail and packets in your drop boxes and loses the boxes keys.
