Is it possible that stomping up and down stairs constantly for 5 hours could be knocking ur brain about quite a bit?
i dont expect you to be a docter and know the answer but when you think about it its possible.

However, a brain injury can occur even without a blow to the head - colliding with the inside of the skull can injure the brain. so if your brain goes on u you will know wots happened youv ejsut shaked ur brain about inside ur head for 5 hours
