hybrid duties
can anybody tell me if i have to do new duty. the duty is all of delivery i am on now +a collection which will change my hours from 6-2 to 10-6 which will cause me serious child care issues. thanks for any replies

no this is not part of wsm. its a result of manager making more office savings by adding collection duties to a delivery thus cutting out night collections

If that is the case then when you are due the WSM you may have to have another revision . It sounds like they are cherry picking the agreement. Ask them what is the purpose of this revision.If it is cuts as you say,the reply is any future revision is based on efficiency NOT budget. Pass it on to your rep asap. DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING,EVEN ON PRINCIPLE. Also ask them to put their proposals in writing.
