was informed today that our del office have your say results willnot be shown to us.the reason too many stupid comments! well im glad i took the time to write mine,i know what i will do with the form next time..

haven't seen any in ages, never fill it in, i make sure i rip it up and put it in the bin
might have something to do with the DOM getting his favs to write more than one!
think only abut 10 people filled it in this time, might have something to do with the DOM saying last time "if you fill it in then your entered into a draw for £20"
those daft fookers are still waiting for the £20, i thought they would have known better
total waste of time and money but that sums RM up

Our HYS was once so bad they brought in a nice lady to speak to small groups to judge the validity of the survey - once verified we were assured that action would be taken to rectify the complaints - never heard another word..................... oh except that nice lady is now the area manager............... must have been one helluva result from that report.

I was surprised that the last have your say results where posted up near the canteen.
I was even more surprised to see some of the comments where also posted which was funny.
The snow was nice.......
Doesn't matter what ever I put down Royal Mail won't listen.
Lapsing is the spawn of the devil.
If I knew how crap the job was going to be I would have paid more attention at school.
Have you ever heard of increasing hours instead of cutting all the time?
Can I apply for a managers job as there are nearly as many of them as postmen.
When can I resign?
It's like the last days of the Roman Empire only the plebs this time are too feeble to rise up.

My office doesn't even bother filling them in anymore, nothing is ever done so what is the point (I do make sure I take mine home though, it then goes through the shredder - just to be sure 
).
As for the comment about the DOM getting people to fill in multiples..........there was someone sacked in NI for doing that so I'd get onto the senior management and report your DOM for fraud

All our completed forms go into a draw for a day off of your choice (You are put into the draw as you return them in a sealed envelope). At one time the DOM would do the walk for you - now it's put on lapsing for the day instead.
