Whos the best person to contact regarding a complaint at work?
My managers been informed and so as the shift manager and the mail center manager but i feel nothings been done and i want to take the complaint higher?
Can I go straight to the top? or is it best to stay local?

Was it a Bullying and Harassment Complaint or a Redress of a Grievance one. Both are different and may affect the advice given.

If you are not happy with the people you have already contacted in relation to your complaint, keep going a step further up every time. We had to do this in our office as we discovered that a lot of the management are best buddies with each other and nothing was being done. PLEASE DONT GIVE UP THOUGH !

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
