haven't seen any in ages, never fill it in, i make sure i rip it up and put it in the bin
might have something to do with the DOM getting his favs to write more than one!
think only abut 10 people filled it in this time, might have something to do with the DOM saying last time "if you fill it in then your entered into a draw for £20"
those daft fookers are still waiting for the £20, i thought they would have known better
total waste of time and money but that sums RM up

Nonsense apple, your comments and advice are taken very seriously and shapes the future of the company ;liar

Our HYS was once so bad they brought in a nice lady to speak to small groups to judge the validity of the survey - once verified we were assured that action would be taken to rectify the complaints - never heard another word..................... oh except that nice lady is now the area manager............... must have been one helluva result from that report.

Can I apply for a managers job as there are nearly as many of them as postmen.
When can I resign?

My office doesn't even bother filling them in anymore, nothing is ever done so what is the point (I do make sure I take mine home though, it then goes through the shredder - just to be sure  ).

As for the comment about the DOM getting people to fill in multiples..........there was someone sacked in NI for doing that so I'd get onto the senior management and report your DOM for fraud :nervous

What has comments on them got to do with it,there are facts and figures on there that should be seen, they are pulling the wool over your eyes.
Get your ADR on the case, they are hiding something.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

All our completed forms go into a draw for a day off of your choice (You are put into the draw as you return them in a sealed envelope). At one time the DOM would do the walk for you - now it's put on lapsing for the day instead.
