Moving office to a different postcode

Rumours are abound that the powers that be want our D.O moved into a bigger place 25 minutes away by car, to a super D.O, which currently houses 5 postcode areas.

Guess they plan to sell the office/land.

So what compo would we get???

Cant say I'm happy about it, but they'll have to factor in 50 minutes (there/back) of travel time into this revision, which is the only good thing I can see.

Is there anything we, as an office can do???

You will only get maximum of £400 every 6 months for 3 years, that is what we got

So has Belfast merged these four offices ?
Belfast South and Central - BT1,2,3,7,8,9.
Belfast East - BT4,5,6,16.
Belfast West - BT10,11,12,17.
Belfast North - BT13,14,15.
