Is it me or are strike breakers getting off very lightly?

RE the old days. what with all this diversity nonsense etc they are getting it easy. im disgusted with what they are doing. some at my office are just totally oblivious to it, they cross the line and say "morning boys" as if it doesnt affect them. makes my blood boil.

220.—(1) It is lawful for a person in contemplation or furtherance of a trade dispute to attend—

(a) at or near his own place of work, or

(b) if he is an official of a trade union, at or near the place of work of a member of the union whom he is accompanying and whom he represents,

for the purpose only of peacefully obtaining or communicating information, or peacefully persuading any person to work or abstain from working.

That's all we're allowed to do. Nothing to do with diversity, unless you were thinking of shouting racial or other abuse at the strike breakers.

Wait a minute here..... THE 77% OF US THAT VOTED.. THE DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY.. SAID YES.. STRIKE.....

So every body in the CWU should back the democratic vote even if they dont agree with the strike.. That is democrasy.. like it or not!!!!

So YES if a scab goes to work over his/her own or anyother picket line then they are not worthy of a vote in OUR union.... DEMOCRATICLY SPEAKING....

I think that is the wrong way round. The people that scab will be the masters of their own downfall. It is just a pity that the rest of us have to suffer.
