EVR and seniority

Can someone answer this please; if EVR's are required like in a preference exercise, who has seniroity, a part time with 15 years service or a full timer with less service? cheers

May depend on which jobs are going . They would not let part timers go if the jobs going were full time, because then you would have full timers with only part time work. But who knows, you never know with Rm.

I think I am right in saying that seniority only comes into play in October, before that age is the critical factor ie those over 55 are given first refusal.

This is true but seniority still applies for the over 55s at the moment

seniority is to count at our place as apparently it will take 3 months to arrange and that will take us to october!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
