OVERTIME & FAVOURITSIM
IN OUR OFFICE THE SAME HANDFULL OF GUYS ESPECIALY 1,GET OVERTIME EVERY WEEK . WEEK IN WEEK OUT WE PUT OUR NAMES UP ON BOARD FOR OVERTIME AND NEVER GET ASKED! THESE GUYS NOW ACTUALLY RUN OUR OFFICE AND DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING THEY LIKE. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO COME IN WELL BEFORE THERE TIME TOO! ALSO ARGUEMENTS ALL OVER OUR OFFICE ALL THE TIME ,DEF GONNA END UP IN A FIGHT OR TWO,,,,ARE MANAGEMENT NOT SUPP OSED TO ERM MANAGE!? WE ALL NEED TO WALK OUT ITS A BAD JOKE NOW !

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now

happens at our place all the time...........in fact they have a postie who sorts out the overtime and gives himself the easiest walk in the office. its a four hour duty that takes only 2 hours.
And i have never seen a list to put your name on.

Nobody wants it in our office. Manager picks the same lad for tidying up the absorption walk. they only ask you on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to work your day off. Never on a Light day when there is nowt on.. only four coming in early in our office now, that's only to shake the living daylights out of the Chocolate Machine befor D.O.M gets in, you should see what they get out of the machine after a good shake. I have told them if you get caught your up the road for a Mars Bar..

Same in our office, always the same people who get it, and they are always the ones who come in early - most of the time the O/T has been carved up before I even start (7.30 am).

Whoever said it's been going on for years is correct - there are times when people create a fuss and then lists appear for a short time but it soon returns to the same old same old. Some always get to work their day off and others are never asked.
