As far as our office is concerned we seem to be using this vanshare thing for our next revision. From what i can make out it means a full timer works with a part timer, the full timer prepping the walk till the part timer comes in then them both going out in a van and delivering the 2 rounds along with packets, specials etc. If this is the case then there will have to be 2 lists for a re-pick, 1 for full-timers and 1 for part-timers. Who decides whick walk will be part time and which full time? This means that a full timer with say 20 years service will not be able to pick a walk that a part-timer with say 2 years service can.

It should be that all walks will be the same delivery length & time and then every one will get to pick. It would be wise for 2 walks side by side being together but RM wont mind how it is done so long as OT isnt an issue.
There shouldnt be any need for 2 lists.

have been told hct walks allocated less hours as van can get out and back quicker any the planners or so called planners said this what a balls up they have made of it so far and we are still finding mistakes the even loose roads which they reply just teething problems

Why 2 lists? Surely its only the indoor time that differs. Any delivery can be made f/t or p/t if its only the start time that differs

watch out for the word "Compatibility" they would like to allow the senior staff who have first pick at duties to pick someone they would like to work with and those 2 take the set duty, this enables the mid order f/t staff to jump the queue on the grounds of "Compatibility"

What a complete balls up this company has become. It's incomprehensible, and where are the union leaders in all this disarray? Eating and drinking coffee in their offices on Wimbledon Broadway getting fatter and laughing up their sleeves at the chaos they've created. Well done Hayes and Ward.

park and loop must mean you both share each walk so all walks are equal so you should pick around the partner not the walk
