SA when on hoilday

In our office a few postmen come in for there SA when they are on holiday.
Is this allowed and do it go on in your office.

Not awolled really, way forward says they can not attend work while on a/l. Plus i think it is law now that staff take four weeks annual leave minuim. The sa payment paid twice a year is supposed to give staff a average of four weeks sa to cover leave periods. Like the older scheme it replaced called improved hoilday pay.

Some people in our office work while on annual holiday and also go to work nights while on light duties! beat that!!!!
