hi, i am on a 30 hour contract on delivery and need to know if i can have time off for 2 days a week for a college course in a lcoal college.

Isn't there something quite recent about time off for learning?
There may be restrictions on what the course is in order to qualify - I think brothermagrew posted it IIRC?
