WTF man, 8 night jobs there, im 8th senerioty (20 years +) - jobs get allocated down to 6th by seneritoy and then two part timers with 15 years between them get the last two positions.
Just because i do the job properly, not doss about, not take the piss - just do the job properly - What a fuking fit up!!!!!!!!
What can i do about it?

Was it PT jobs that they got ? And was the vacancies advertised as 6 FT & 2 PT or all as FT

maybe there more suitable than you ie they know all there sorting also very flexible ie go in early and sort on overtime then go and do half walks.or maybe your right it is a stitch up
