LAST WEEK I SAW A VACANCY FOR MACHINE OPERATOR ADVERTISED DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS WOULD JUST BE A TEMP POSITION THIS IS FOR WALK SEQUENCING.

Without seeing the advert its difficult to say as RM offer casual, temporary, permanent and fixed term contracts. If you already work for RM they have been known to reduce hours on contract change, and even make a contract temporary instead of permanent.
So basically anything is possible its probably best to go back and review the advert, or speak to your manager to see if he can get more details for you.

Many thanks for reply sorry abt CAPS,well i do work for RM but i am only sat staff the advert didn't say anything abt type of contract-when i asked my manager he said -all i do is put the adverts up. so will probably contact HR and get more info.

didn,t get the job i,m quite glad as i have heard that they are putting a lot of pressure on the new guys doing the job.
