Walk testing - above management

How can we get our walks tested in cases where ur manager is telling you that you walk isnt to long and refuse to test??

dont say cwu there useless and up doms buttocks.and have proven to be useless flanges.

if you're union rep is useless, vote him out...oh you're not in the union so you don't get a vote.
Speak to the DSM, he'd be your next point of call if no joy from the DOM

Put in stage 1 grievance then when that is ignored

so who performed the test & what was the outcome & how long did the whole carry on take?

Simple -Put it in writing to your dom that you want your run tested and that if he doesnt reply to the letter you wont be working beyond your time .Keep a copy of letter and date sent

My DOM picked a tall fast young guy, sent him out on his own, came up with some figures as 'results' and calls it '"independently tested".
Any one know of any correct guidelines, agreements etc that exist regarding an official walk test? Surely it must be monitored!?
